a totally fabulous stay!
spacious room perfect air conditioning on-site pharmacy
The beautiful sea view room was so spacious. It. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the on-site pharmacy open 24/7 provides convenience.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, awesome. the television had many international channels. the mini-fridge was stocked daily with water and soft drinks, so I stayed hydrated.

staff members were always quick to help and so polite. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas. the animation team organized a variety of activities throughout the day, and I really enjoyed them.

The main restaurant offered a varied buffet with different cuisines each night. the indian restaurant sat right on the cliff edge. the beach bar served free burgers and drinks during the day. It was a welcome snack.

fresh pizza colorful fish amazing snorkeling
I found the food options plentiful and diverse. i especially liked the beach bar, pizzas and burgers were cooked fresh. the snorkeling was amazing too. I saw many colorful fish.
the wifi was only available in the main square and it was patchy.

Fantastic Family Holiday
great reef night trip dive team
I especially liked the great reef, perfect for snorkeling. The shallow areas are great for children. Night snorkeling trips arranged by the dive team were another highlight (a special experience!).

Excellent Hotel Experience
friendly staff amazing reefs super clean room
The food was really perfect. The staff were friendly and cute. The beach had amazing reefs. Housekeeping and restaurant staff are very helpful. They are caring about clients. The gardens and general cleanliness are immaculate.
I was disturbed by pneumatic drilling during the day. I assume this was related to the aqua park. The aqua park was only partially opened. I also noticed some big pipes dug out.

solid stay with superb snorkelling
proper beach amazing reefs many options clean room
The campus has lovely, proper sand beach. I found it the best place around for snorkeling. amazing reefs were near. food was overall good. I saw lots of options available. rooms were clean and large.
only one pool was heated near the kids' play area, and the rest felt genuinely freezing. i think it is beyond understanding why only one out of ten pools is heated. this meant the lifeguards were doing nothing, and i'd have loved an adult pool with a bar heated!

The room included a safe. a television with multiple channels. It was quite spacious. there were two bedside tables, reading lights, and ample wardrobe space for clothing storage. It was useful.
